Jungle and Malekus ATV Arenal Tour

• Minimum age: 5 years. Children from 5 to 11 years old will be accompanied by a guide. – Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• The driver must carry (without exception) his valid driver’s license to be able to
  take the tour.
• The activity is restricted to people with severe heart conditions, operations recent (less than 6 months), whose weight is greater than 140 kg, and/or women pregnant.
• The activity is prohibited to people who are under the influence of alcohol or any narcotic.
• Due to the nature of the activity and for the safety of our clients requires following the instructions of the guide in charge. Disobeying the instructions will give result in the cancellation of the participant without the possibility of reimbursement.
• In case of adverse weather conditions (heavy rains, lightning, alerts
  amber/red weather conditions) we proceed with the cancellation of the activity. In case of that the activity has elapsed a journey of more than 1 hour, we proceed with the50% refund. If the activity has not elapsed, the activity is  rescheduled or proceed with full refund.

Groups:

• 4 days prior to the date of service: 100% Refund
• 3 days prior to the date of service: 50% Refund
• After 72 hours prior to the date of service, it is penalized in its entirety.

Individuals:

• More than 24 hours of cancellation: 100% Refund
• Within 24 hours of the service is penalized in full.
