Pick ups begin 45 minutes before the start time of the tour. We will send you an official pick up time the day before the tour. Please be ready outside 10 minutes before your scheduled pick up time, but it can take up to 10 minutes longer depending on the day’s pick up schedule and traffic.
Special Notes
- The minimum to operate the shared tour is 2 people, if we don’t meet the minimum we will send options 1 or 2 days before
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- We operate this tour rain or shine!
- Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions
- A moderate amount of walking is involved
- Not permitted if you are in a state of pregnancy
- Weight Limit – zipline/rappel is 222-240 pounds (120 kilos) – This limit is established not so much by the weight itself, but by the dimensions of the safety equipment that the person must carry. It is crucial that the equipment fits correctly around the waist and legs to ensure the safety of the participant. The measurements of the harness are 1 meter and 18 centimeters in the waist, and 83 centimeters in the leg.
- Age limit – The minimum age required to participate in the activities is 7 years old.
